Highly successful agents at Keller Williams have been interviewed, and have one thing in common: they learn to use proven systems and models and systems of Keller Williams. Gary Keller, Dave Jenks and Jay Papasan wrote a book called the Millionaire Real Estate Agent - It’s not about the money it's about being the best that you can be.
